Thanks for using iTrackBilliards ("iTB"). These terms are pretty straightforward — by using the app or website, you're agreeing to them.

Fair Use

Use iTB for its intended purpose: tracking your billiards practice and game history. Don't attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service, and don't use it to distribute harmful content. Pretty standard stuff.

Changes and Availability

iTB is actively developed and things will change over time — features may be added or updated at any time.

No Warranty

iTB is provided "as is." We're a small indie app — we work hard to make it reliable, but can't make any formal guarantees.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the iTB developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or website.

Updates to These Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you're on board with the updates.
